Shutter Speed
Experiments on photography and editing :) On the Canon camera we used Tv mode which allows us to adjust the shutter speed while the camera automatically chooses the aperture and ISO. Shutter speed is the length of time camera shutter is open, exposing light onto the camera sensor. Essentially, it’s how long your camera spends taking a photo. This has a few important effects in how your images will appear. one of the effects is motion blur, the shutter speed is long and more light is exposed onto the camera sensor. This usually allows for the capture of speed and motion. Landscape photographers usually use this. e.g 1/4 The opposite is freeze motion which communicates fine and sharp detail which may not even be visible to human eyes. This uses fast shutter speed, allowing less light into the camera sensor and exposure and brightness are quite high.
